The Restart® Program is nutrition education, whole food challenge, and sugar detox all rolled into a powerful support group.

The 5-week program is a simple, yet powerful, series of classes designed to educate you about what your body really needs to thrive. With education comes empowerment and with empowerment comes the possibility for change. In class, we cut through the hype around sugars, fats, and carbs, to assess our unique needs in a supportive environment. Together we undertake a 3-week sugar detox to give our bodies a break from processing toxins and to learn how to use whole foods to boost our energy while cutting our sugar and carb cravings.
